Yay. I know it’s been a week.5 but I was finally able to set up Zi’s Photo corner in our twelvesixteen gallery. Click here: Zienne Noelle Photo Gallery You can also view her first week in our 2009 albums. There’s a direct link to our photo gallery on the left top module. We’ll try to update it every now and then, although these days, I doubt we’ll be able to do it often.
Day 1: Sunday Happy Mother’s day!! The hospital is in a buzz and I hear it every time my door opens, from all my nurses and doctors. I’m stuck recovering in bed during Mother’s Day but getting to know Zienne overshadows any pain. I only feel pain when I get up, and I’m still very bloated. Had to take couple motrins. We have tons of visitors today, my family (including Kris who came across from Cali), some friends from church, and Michelle & Mel. It was definitely a busy day. I was able to make web announcements for our family and friends. I have to really thank my husband though who completely doted on me and all my needs. Day 2: Monday Last day at the hospital. He said the baby was right on time for mother’s day…and he was right. His ending conversation went something like “Ok. I’ll meet you at the hospital and let’s have a baby. What a great present for mother’s day.” I laughed because he sounded like we were going to six flags to have a grand day. Weeks ago, we had hoped Baby Z would come out sooner, almost losing hope that Z would come out before the due date. But looking retrospectively, I couldn’t think of a better day to have […]
