Easter Thoughts

With the tragedy and senseless acts of hatred upon Brussels, and the barrage of coverage on the presidential debates, the thoughts of Holy Week seems buried amidst the fear and pain. But in moments of reflection, I return to the cross and remember Jesus who knew those emotions all too well, and continued on the path down the via dolorosa, to the hill of Golgotha. Yet, His holiness and His love, His obedience, and sacrifice made a way for us all to have eternal life. By His wounds we are healed. May I never think anything less of His love He gave on Calvary.
