I had the pleasure of playing the piano for my eldest daughter, Emma, while she played her violin. This is her 3rd year playing violin so it’s becoming easier to choose from a variety of songs because she can practice the notes and I can just follow along. This was the first year she played for the cantata, and although she was a little hesitant, I was so proud of her courage. Even more, I know she did it to play for Jesus. She humbly reminds me exactly of the “little drummer boy” who wanted to give something to Jesus, and he gave not just his ability to play the drum, but his heart. My sweet Emma…
