I recently soujourned to the fabric shop to buy some lace in use of altering some ripped up pieces of clothing from my daughters’ closet. Rips, holes can be covered beautifully by shapes of lace! But that’s another blog.
The inspiration, however, is because of the influx of lace in today’s fashion, one I doubt will be departing any time soon. It’s worked its way back en mode, with even more beautiful twists and creativity involving embriodery! *SWOON*
So, make sure to check your grandmother’s trunks in the attic, and discover old treasures from her lace. If you can’t, here are some of my picks, some key pieces.
