Emma convinced me to sign up and join her at her school for “Get Fit Night” where visited different stations to introduce various activities of fitness- like Karate, Yoga, Dance, Floor Exercises, and Zumba. To encouge our girls to always move, I decided I’d comply to her request and show her that I too can shake my tailfeather…and do 20 push ups. Good thing I took up working out. I’ve seen a boost in my energy and upper body strength AND endurance. Woot. Here’s a little trailer of what we did last night.
