We attended em’s 1st day at the reading program, all the kids were asked how they would get the fat cat off the mat if they were the rat. All the kids said they’d put it in a box, trick it by luring it with food, or push it off the mat.

Emma raised her hand and said, “If I was the rat, I’d light a fire under the cat, then pull its tail to get it out of the house.”

I had to be a supportive mom and say, “good idea” like all the other moms.
