We were in Barnes and Nobles and I was reading this to Emma to retell the Easter story, when I got so choked up in the end because of the last two pages that read, "and Jesus loved us so much…he gave his life so that we can live too."

Good thing Emma took over reading when I stopped or else the whole children’s section would have seen a grown woman cry at a children’s book.

Good thing is that Emma sees crosses differently today.
