Last night, we had prayer time and Em willingly prayed for her Lola Nene, Tito Fred, Tita Kris, Hong Hong, while I prayed for everyone else in both sides of the family, our family, and church.  I love how her prayers are expanding to open up to what is her in heart to pray for.  I can’t wait for the day she realizes that prayer isn’t just something to do when you need something, but it is a sweet way to know her Savior.

After the prayer time, she asked me if I can show her pictures of her Lola Nene and Lolo Perl in the Philippines.  I joyfully complied, thankful that despite the enormous distance and 3 year absence, she still remembers them with affection.  She has such a big heart.
