Not For Everyone, but Adorable and Whimsy,

Pros: gives shape to the shapeless, charming
Cons: size up

Ok, so the material is a little stiff and will probably be a pain to wash and iron, but for the look alone when worn, it is an ADORABLE dress, almost whimsical, and you’ll definitely need a whimsical personality to wear this dress.

I’m 5’2 and 114 lbs. and had to size up to a medium because the chest will not button (I’m 34D). Usually, I wear a size 4 or Small. This dress has a zipper on the side and buttons on the front but the waist has no stretch so it’s a bit tough to get in to if you get a size too small.

It’s also a full skirt so if you’re wide at the waist or hips, it’ll make you look wider. Also, being 5’2, the skirt hits right at my knee so the length for me is perfect. The fabric and cut of the dress really gives you shape (think Alice and Wonderland cut). It’s really very cute, and the plaid print is fun and youthful, very current. You’ll definitely stand out when wearing this dress, which is a good thing, but only when worn correctly. Wallflowers, leave this on the racks…but whimsy lovers, pick it up and wear it proudly.  Great autumn dress.

With its flattering A-line skirt and pair-with anything plaid, this piece from LA Made is a step above your average shirtdress.
