My husband got me into Facebook, and maybe 2 months ago, he set up my Twitter. I haven’t touched it since then, only maybe with a twelve foot stick, poking with curiosity. But he’d be happy to know that today, I "twittered"….yes, I said it…it’s 2009 and with the new layout and widgets, I got jealous of my husband’s twitter updates on the right side module. As you can tell, he teaches me a lot about web stuff, which is great because it’s like a new skill I gain every time (not so much twittering, but computer stuff in general…i.e. Dreamweaver, WordPress, CSS)…it’s inevitable with a family that’s so into computers/web/graphics/media…etc. So here it is, and if you happen to Twitter, add me: *Applause…* (ok ok…not so much…)
Ever since the Christmas cantata, emma has been exposed to a lot of choir practices, she even knows her scales and can find C on the piano. When she was smaller she surprised by composing her first tune and it sounded like a variation of the “name game”. She would start with a name then sing that name alliteratively. She would sing about her mama, tatay and her lolo. Over the past couple weeks emma has been singing a different tune. More melancholic than usual because her song starts with “When you get hurt, you’re loving the love. When you get hurt you’re singing this song.” The melody base sounds a lot like the Christmas Carol, We three kings. She does have a different ending a possibly a bridge variation but this three and. Half year old really amazes me.
So remember 2 fashion blogs ago when I was raving about the t-strap ruffled/pleated front? I found the style once more! This time, in sandals- ready for spring/summer. TARGET doesn’t disappoint, and yes, I said TARGET…which means you’re not spending over $50 for great taste. However, it’s still $30 bucks from your pocket, which means you might actually want to wait for spring to bring the price down a notch. Best thing about this one is that it’s a wedge, which I’m a very big supporter of, because you can always take the style down to casual if preferred. Features? OK… Black or Pewter Faux-Leather Upper with Thermoplastic Rubber Outsoles 3.75" Wrapped Wedge Features Buckle with Open Toe Cushioned Insole for Long-Term Comfort, Tagless Footbed, Non-Skid Tread on Toe and Heel Source: Target Price: $29.99 Status: Oh, very soon…hahah
Out of the blue, Zem drew a picture for her Ninong Jake who recently left for Singapore again:
