The latest version of wordpress is now available. Some of the features included in this release are;
- Word Count Feature
- Wiki like post versioning
- Ability to re-arrange uploaded galleries
- The “Press This!” button now has the ability to scrape multimedia content. You have to use it to experience it.
- Improved Plugin Management
- Built in Gravatar Support
The Wordpress team also did say that they will no longer support and continue development on the 2.5.x trunk.

This is where I grew up and marked places on interest. Its annoying that the maps can’t zoom enough to get a decent view of the area.
